Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada RSUD Panembahan Senopati Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta
Abstract
This research is related to the influence of the quality of work life and organizational culture on employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in RSUD Panembahan Senopati, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the quality of work life on job satisfaction, determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, determine the influence of the quality of work life and organizational culture on job satisfaction, determine the influence of the quality of work life on employee performance, determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, determine the influence of the quality of work life and organizational culture on employee performance, knowing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, determine the effect of directly and indirectly the quality of working life on the employees performance through job satisfaction, determine the effect of direct and indirect organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction variables. Respondents in this research were 92 non-medical RSUD Panembahan Senopati employee’s. Methods used for data collection was a questionnaire. Some quantitative analysis technique used in this research, such as t test, F test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis.
The results of this research indicate that the quality of work life variable has significant influence and positive impact on job satisfaction, organizational culture variable has a significant influence and positive impact on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of the quality of work life variable and organizational culture on job satisfaction, quality of work life variable has significant influence and positive impact on the employees performance, variable organizational culture has a significant influence and positive impact on the employees performance. The indirect influence of quality of worklife toward employee performance through job satisfaction was greater than direct effect, and indirect influence of organizational culture toward employee performance through job satisfaction was greater effect than direct influence.
