Analisis Pengawasan Kualitas Produk Pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Konveksi NorthWest Di Desa Mayungan Kecamatan Ngawen Kabupaten Klaten (Dengan Analisis Statitical Quality Control)

Abstract

The need for clothes increase in line with the improvement of the population .Industry convection who was a clothing needs an industry is interesting for the businesses. Required specific strategy of a company that able to gain a steady, one way by trying improve and develop product quality company with the statistical analysis quality control. This is to gained for excellence the company more effective and efficient to fulfill needs and improve customer satisfaction. Research with the title: Analysis Statistical Quality Control Northwest Convection In The Village Mayungan In Ngawen District Klaten. This is a case study which aims to determine whether product quality produced convection still in control or not, using statistics quality control ( sqc ). The results of the study production process take 5 sample of the final product taken once a week on weekends every each the size m and l, showing the extent of the damage is still within normal limits. The deception produced based on the analysis of sqc, are due to human error, methods and process. Step which may be done by a more tighten supervision selection materials on the maintenance and repair of machine production.
