THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION TOWARD THE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN KALIMILK YOGYAKARTA AND JOB SATISFACTION AS THE INTERVENING VARIABLE
Abstract
The aim of this research was to determinetheAnalysis of the Influence of
Leadership Style and Organizational Communication toward Employee Performance
in Kalimilk Yogyakarta and Job Satisfaction as the Intervening Variable.This research
was conducted in Kalimilk Yogyakarta and the sample of the research were
110employees ofKalimilkas the respondents.This research used cencus to collect data.
The analytical tool used multiple linear regression and path analysis by using SPSS
version 16. The results of this research showed a positive and significant influence of
leadership style, organizational communication and job satisfaction on employee
peformance. The results showed that the direct influence is higher than the indirect
influence.
