    Abstract
    To increase a good and optimal employees performance, is needed a knowledge what factor can increase employees performance. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to examine the effect of the work discipline and compensation on the employees performance with empployees job satisfaction as intervening variable. The respondent took from outsourcing employees in economic faculty and integrated library Islamic University of Indonesia. The analytical data tool used descriptive analysis, regression analysis and path analysis.with sensus population 55 respondent. The results of this research showed that simultaneous variable work discipline and compensation positively significant to be a factor to employees performance and job satisfaction. The results parsial showed that work discipline positively significant affect of employees performance, compensation positively affect of employees performance, work discipline positively significant affect of job satisfaction, compensation positively significant affect of job satisfaction and job satisfaction positively significant affect of employees performance
