This research titled Readiness Girls in the Family Business (multicase Study in Four Business Family). This research used a qualitative method with a multi case study, with four family companies engaged in different business sectors and has a daughter who was studying Strata-1. Readiness girls in the family business is influenced by the ideals and interests of girls as well as parents' ability to transfer the values and knowledge of the family business as a provision for girls. The findings from these studies show that parents expect her daughter working in the office and did not enter their business so that parents are not providing sustenance much to her daughter which led to the girls prefer the ideals that have nothing to do with the family business and focus on ideals the goal rather than go into the family business.en_US
