dc.description.abstractTo be able to follow all the developments and the attainment of the objectives of a company then needs to be a motivation for employees to work well, and one motivation is to fulfill the wishes of employees, among others: the salary or wages of a good, secure job, atmosphere conducive working, an appreciation of the work performed, led a fair and wise, directives and orders were reasonable, organization or workplace respected community or by seeking the incentives, which amount is proportional and also is progressive, which means according to the career, because the incentives are very are needed to encourage the performance of employees in order to always be at the highest level (optimal) according to their respective capabilities. This research entitled Effect of Incentives on Job Satisfaction Moderated The Locus of Control and its Impact on Employee Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance, whether there is an indirect effect of incentives on performance mediated by job satisfaction, there is the influence of incentives on job satisfaction of employees, and whether there is influence of locus of control in the moderating effect of incentives on employee job satisfaction. The population of INIA research dalah as many as 46 employees. The results of this study indicate that the influence of incentives that have a significant influence on employee performance, their influence job satisfaction that mediate the effect of incentives on employee performance, the effect of incentives that have a significant influence on job satisfaction, the influence of locus of control moderating influence of incentives on employee job satisfaction.en_US
