Peran Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada Hubungan Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kantor Pusat Bank BPD DIY
Abstract
Organizational climate, job stress and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the mediating role of job satisfaction in relation to climate influence the organization and work stress on performance partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect on the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational climate influences the relationship of job stress are directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 163 respondents employees of the Bank BPD DIY Headquarters. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive.
The results of this study were (1) There was significant influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of the Bank BPD DIY partially. (2) There was a significant effect of work stress on job satisfaction of the Bank BPD DIY partially. (3) There was significant influence of organization climate and work stress on job satisfaction of the Bank BPD DIY simultaneously. (4) There was significant influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Bank BPD DIY partially. (5) There was a significant effect of work stress on performance of the Bank BPD DIY partially. (6) There was significant influence of climate and stress organizations working on the performance of the Bank BPD DIY simultaneously. (7) There was significant influence on job satisfaction and the performance of the Bank BPD DIY partially. (8) The direct effect of organizational climate on performance was greater than the indirect effect of organizational climate on performance through job satisfaction. (9) The indirect effect of work stress on performance through greater job satisfaction than the direct effect of organizational climate on performance.
