dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to analysis influence of image, expectation and quality of tourism in European Performance Satisfaction Index (EPSI) in resident’s commitment of Nglanggeran Villages to manage a Tourism Village. EPSI model was identified an image, expectation and quality of tourism as independent variable, perceived value and satisfaction as intervening variable and resident’s commitment as dependent variable. This research was implemented in Nglanggeran resident with purposive sampling method. The number of samples that used were 64 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by using PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square) through the SmartPLS software. The results showed that image of tourism wasn’t influenced to perceived value and resident’s satisfaction. Then, perceived quality was influenced to perceived value, but wasn’t influenced to resident’s satisfaction. Then resident’s expectation wasn’t influenced to perceived value, but was influenced to resident’s satisfaction. For the last, perceived value wasn’t influence to resident’s satisfaction and resident’s satisfaction was influenced to resident’s commitment.en_US
