PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN (KECERDASAN, KEMATANGAN DAN KELUASAN PANDANGAN SOSIAL, MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI, SIKAP HUBUNGAN KERJA MANUSIAWI) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI TOKO BUKU SOCIAL AGENCY CABANG AMBARUKMO YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The purpose of this research to know the influence of partial or simultaneous
leadership, against the performance of employees. The overall population in this study
as many as 52 people, sample research is just a few of the employess considered quite
influential and representing.Sampling techniques used random sample selection method,
with a total of 46 employees, research methods used in this study by quantitative
methods using statistical analiysis with multiple linear regression, and assumptions of
classical and descriptive.
The results of this research are (1). There was a significant influence of
intelligence on employee performance partially (2). There was a significant influence of
maturity and breadth of social views on the performance of employees partially (3).
There was a significant influence from achievement and motivation on employee
performance partially (4). There was a significant influence from attitude of human
relationships to employee performance partially (5). There was a significant effect of
intelligence, maturity and breadth of social views, motivation and achievement and
labor relations humane attitude towards employee performance simultaneously (6).
There was a significant influence of intelligence, maturity and breadth of social views,
motivation and achievement, and labor relations humane attitude, most dominant
performance of employees.
