FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN MOBILE BANKING (M-BANKING) DI MASA PANDEMI Covid-19
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived ease of use,
perceived usefulness, perceived trustworthiness, perceived usefulness and perceived
credibility on the use of mobile banking (M-Banking) services during the Covid-19
pandemic. The population used in this research is students who are currently
receiving education equivalent to D3-S3. This study uses primary data obtained by
distributing online questionnaires. The data that was collected came from 100
respondents. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data
analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The
results showed that the perception of ease of use and the perception of trust had a
significant positive effect on the use of mobile banking (M-Banking) during the
Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, perceived benefits, perceived usefulness, and
perceived credibility have no significant effect on the use of mobile banking (M-
Banking) services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
