“Analisis Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasional (Distributif, Prosedural dan Interaksional) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening” Di Bento Group
Abstract
To increase a good and optimal employees performance, it was needed a knowledge what factor can increase employees performance. Therefore, purpose of this research was whould argued how far organisational justice (prosedural justice, distributif justice and interactional justice) effect to employees perfomance with empployees satisfaction as intervening variable. The respondent picked out from Mato Kopi’s employees, Secangkir Jawa employees, and Bento Group employees. Data analisys used multiple regression analisys with population 55 respondent. The result of this research explained that prosedural justice, distributive justice and interactional justice in a similar manner showed significant effect to employees performance and satisfaction. Prosedural justice and interactional justice showed significant effect to employees performance in a partial
manner. While, distributive justice was not significant effect to employees performance. Distributive and interactional justice showed significant effect to employees satisfaction. While, prosedural justice show did not significant effect to employees
satisfaction. And distributive justice showed significant effect to employees performance through employees satisfaction.
