dc.description.abstractThis research title is The Influence of Web Quality, Consumer Trust and Satisfaction towards the Interest to Repeat Purchase in Online Shopping. The purpose of this research is to know if web quality, consumer trust and satisfaction shows significant influence towards the interest to repeat purchase in online shopping. This research used data collection method that is questionnaiers and given randomly to 125 samples. This data collection method used SPSS method for windows. From the research it can be known that web quality, consumer trust and satisfaction had a positive influence and significant towards costumers interest to repeat purchase in Zalora Online Shopping Website (probability value t-hitung (0,009) < Level of Significant (0,05)). In partial variable, the web quality, consumer trust and satisfaction shows positive and significant interest towards repeat purchase. From those variables, all variables shows positive and significant interence towards repeat purchase. It shows that the higher the quality of the web, consumer trust and satisfaction, it will increase consumer interest to repeat purchase.en_US
