    Abstract
    Wieke Azura Beladina: Effect of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence toward Work Commitment with Islamic Work Ethics as an intervening Variable on the Employees of the Administration in Faculty of Economics, University of Islam Indonesia. Thesis. Yogyakarta: Graduate Program of Islamic University of Indonesia, 2015.This study aims to review reveal: (1) the influence of emotional intelligence toward Islam Work Ethics on administration employees of Faculty of Economics Islamic University of Indonesia, (2) the effect of spiritual intelligence toward islamic work ethics on Employees of the Administration in Faculty of Economics, University of Islam Indonesia, (3) the influence of emotional intelligence toward the work commitment of Employees of the Administration in Faculty of Economics, University of Islam Indonesia, (4) the influence of spiritual intelligence toward work commitment of Employees of the Administration in Faculty of Economics, University of Islam Indonesia, (5) the influence of Islamic work ethics toward work commitment on Employees of the Administration in Faculty of Economics, University of Islam Indonesia.The population in this study were all employees of the administration of the Faculty of Economics, University of Islam Indonesia with a total of 117 people. This study is a population or census study. All of the population became research samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Test of validity of the instrument was performed using the Pearson product moment correlation, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Data analysis was performed with multiple regression analysis. Study results show that: (1) there is a positive effect of emotional intelligence toward Islamic Work Ethic on employees (p-value 0.036 < 0.05). (2) There is a positive effect of spiritual intelligence work toward the Islamic Work Ethic (p-value 0.023 < 0.05). (3) There is a positive effect of emotional intelligence toward the work commitment of employees (p-value 0.044 < 0.05). (4) There is a positive effect of spiritual intelligence toward the work commitment of employees (p-value 0.05 = 0.05). (5) There is a positive effect of Islamic Work Ethics toward the work commitment of employee (p-value 0.000 = 0.05).
