Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong face many obstacles still unclear roles. Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong employee also seems slow and stalling when servicing costumer, it indicates a low bureaucracy ethics. The aim of this study is (1) To analyze the effect of role ambiguity on job stress in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong (2) To analyze the influence of ethics bureaucrats to work attitude in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong (3) To analyze the effect of role ambiguity on the performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong (4) To analyze the effect of the ethics of bureaucrats on the performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong (5) To analyze the effect of work stress on performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong and (6) To analyze the effect of the work attitude of the performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong. Population and samples used in this study is the entire staff of the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong totaling 116 people. Data were collected by questionnaire. Method to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis and path analysis The results obtained that are Hypothesis 1 is accepted that there are significant ambiguity to stress the role of work in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong. This is shown by the Sig = 0.029 <0.05. Hypothesis 2 is accepted that there are significant ethical attitudes of bureaucrats to work in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong. This is shown by the Sig = 0.006 <0.05. Hypothesis 3 is accepted that there are significant role ambiguity on the performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong. This is shown by the Sig = 0,011 <0,05. Hypothesis 4 is accepted that there are significant bureaucratic ethics on the performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong. This is shown by the Sig = 0.001 <0.05. Hypothesis 5 is accepted that there are effects of work stress on performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong. This is shown by the Sig = 0.030 <0.05. Hypothesis 6 is accepted that there are significant working attitude on the performance of staff members in the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sorong.
