    Abstract
    PT United Tractors Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Astra International, serving as Indonesia's largest supplier of construction machinery and heavy equipment, as the exclusive distributor for products like Komatsu, UD Trucks, Scania, Bomag, and Tadano. This internship provided an excellent opportunity for authors to learn about the transaction system for buying and selling heavy equipment components. Here, the researcher how transactions are initiated up to their completion, which authors call "done billing." At PT United Tractors Tbk, all transactions are conducted online through the SAP application, where all order data is monitored, ensuring there is no fraud in the transactions. This independent internship taught authors much about the buying and selling system for heavy equipment components, promoting products to prospective customers, planning for future maintenance, and setting operational targets for heavy equipment units. authors part of the Service Division, specifically the PSBD OBD Department, which handles Reman transactions, selling components heavy equipment such as Engines, Transmissions, Axles, Cylinders, Pumps & Motors, and KCMR (Komatsu Certified Machine Rebuild). This internship at PT United Tractors has given authors hands-on experience in understanding the Reman heavy equipment component sales transaction system. This experience is very valuable for the author's future, as authors want to work in this company and deepen my knowledge in preparation for my career.
