PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN K3 (KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA) PADA KINERJA GURU DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada Guru Di SMKN 1 Bawang, Banjarnegara)
Abstract
This study discusses about the influence of organizational culture, occupational safety and occupational health on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, work safety and occupational health on job satisfaction partially, the influence of organizational culture, work safety and occupational health on performance partially and to know influence of organizational culture, work safety and health to performance partially with job satisfaction as an itervening variable. This research is kunatitative by using questioner as a tool to collect data. The data collection technique used census technique on 114 teachers in Vocational High School 1 BawangCompletely, the researcher got 103 questionnaires sheets from the total 114 that distributed for this study. Data analysis using SPSS 23, including multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with Sobel analysis using Sobel calculator. The result of the research there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety and occupational health on the job satisfaction partially, there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety, occupational health and job satisfaction on the performance partially, and there is an influence of organizational culture, occupational safety and health on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. All coefficients are positive values that show a positive influence except the effect of safety on the performance that have negative coefficients.
