Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening di Bagian Produksi PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU VI Balongan Indramayu
Abstract
The occupational safety program protects the safety of employees and ensures employees work safely while the occupational health programs provide health services to employees and family members of employees. When a safety and health program is implemented properly it will affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) program on job satisfaction, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, and seek greater influence from direct influence or indirect influence. This research method using quantitative method, with research instrument is questionnaire by using likert scale. The population are employee of production departement at PT. Pertamina RU VI in Balongan, Indramayu with a sample of 68 respondents from random sampling. The method of analysis in this study using linear regression analysis and path regression analysis. The result of research shows occupational safety and occupational health program have significant effect to job satisfaction and also occupational safety and health program have significant effect to employee performance while job satisfaction has significant effect to employee performance. Larger influence is indicated by the direct influence of occupational safety and health programs on employee performance.
