Pengaruh Soft Quality Management Terhadap Kinerja Kualitas dan Kinerja Inovasi Pada UKM di Yogyakarta

Abstract

Empirical research is intended to identify and explain the influence of soft quality management on quality performance and innovation performance in SMEs in Yogyakarta. The population in this study are all SMEs in Yogyakarta. The samples used were 96 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Variables used in this research are soft quality management, quality performance, and innovation performance. Analysis of the data in this research using path analysis through computer software IBM SPSS23. Results of the analysis of the data shows that there are significant soft quality management directly to quality performance and innovation performance. Quality performance effect on innovation performance. Soft quality management indirect effect on innovation performance through quality performance.
