Analisis Implementasi SAP (System Application Product) Studi Kasus di PT. Aero System Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation process of SAP system especially done by PT. Aero Systems Indonesia against PT. Aerofood Indonesia, so it can know the process of how a SAP system can be implemented and can be tailored to the needs of the company. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach method in which the authors conduct research through case studies of PT. Aero System Indonesia, in this case the author also acts as an apprentice in the company. The data obtained is the result of direct observation, interviews and library research based on knowledge of SAP, especially ASAP methodology. The results of this study indicate that the implementation process undertaken by PT. Aero Systems Indonesia is in accordance with the stages that should be, but there are still problems that cause obstacles in the implementation process, especially due to management problems of related companies.
