PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DIMEDIASI LEARNING ORGANIZATION, DI PT. BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA KANTOR CABANG PALEMBANG
Abstract
The purpose of research was to find out the effect knowledge management on employee performance, and mediated by learning organization. This research was taken place in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Branch Office Palembang. The sample of research was all of front office – employee consisting of 31 persons. Sampling was therefore not required and census was chosen instead The independent variables in this research were tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, while the dependent variable was employee performance and the intervening variable was learning organization. The method of analysis in this research was SEM method that had been tested for its instrument before validity test and reliability test.
The results of research showed that tacit knowledge affected significantly learning organization, explicit knowledge affected significantly learning organization, tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge simultaneously affected significantly learning organization, tacit knowledge affected significantly employee performance, explicit knowledge did not significantly affect employee performance, learning organization did not significantly affect employee performance, tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge simultaneously affected significantly employee performance, learning organization strengthen positively relationship tacit knowledge and employee performance, learning organization strengthen positively relationship explicit knowledge and employee performance
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh learning organization. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Kantor Cabang Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan - front office yang berjumlah 31 orang. Sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan tacit dan pengetahuan explicit, variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel interveningnya adalah learning organization. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tacit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning organization, pengetahuan explicit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning organization, pengetahuan tacit dan pengetahuan explicit secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning organization, pengetahuan tacit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengetahuan explicit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, learning organization tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengetahuan tacit dan pengetahuan explicit secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, learning organization memperkuan secara positif hubungan pengetahuan tacit terhadap kinerja karyawan, learning organization memperkuan secara positif hubungan pengetahuan tacit terhadap kinerja karyawan
