    Abstract
    Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada analisis sistem antrian car wash di Prima Gold Carwash Yogyakarta untuk mengoptimalkan sistem antrian pada proses pencucian mobil. Sehubungan dengan tingginya minat pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan pencucian mobil dengan kualitas yang baik dan waktu pelayanan yang cepat,dengan sistem antrian yang baik dan optimal dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Peneilitian dilakukan selama 30 hari, dengan total jumlah kedatangan pelanggan 707 pelanggan. Prima Gold Carwash dalam pelayanan menggunakan 2 tahapan untuk sub-sistem1 menggunakan 4 server dan sub-sistem2 menggunakan 2 server. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sistem antrian pada sub-sistem 2 belum optimal karna tingginya waktu tunggu pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yaitu 97 menit hasil ini dirasa cukup lama, maka dilakukan usulan penambahan server pada subsistem2 server sehingga rata-rata waktu tunggu pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan pada sub-sistem menjadi 60 menit. Penambahan server membuat proses pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, sehingga penulis mengusulkan agar perusahaan melakukan penambahan server untuk dapat mengoptimalkan pelayanan Car Wash pada Prima Gold Carwash Yogyakarta. This research focuses on analysis of car wash queue system at Prima Gold Carwash Yogyakarta to optimize queuing system at car washing process. Due to the high interest of customers to get car wash service with good quality and fast service time, with a good and optimal queue system can improve the service quality. Peneilitian done for 30 days, with the total number of customer arrivals 707 customers. Prima Gold Carwash in service using 2 stages for sub-system1 using 4server and sub-system2 using 2 server. From result of research got that queuing system at sub-sistem2 not yet optimal because high waiting time of customer to get service that is 97 minutes result of this is felt long enough, hence done proposal of addition of server at subsistem2 server so that average waiting time of customer to get service at sub the system becomes 60 minutes. The addition of servers to make the service process becomes faster, so the authors propose that the company make additional servers to be able to optimize services Car Wash Prima Gold Carwash Yogyakarta.
