Strategi Komunikasi Persuasif Pada Perusahaan Multi Level Marketing (MLM) FM Group Indonesia Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Perusahaan FM Parfume
Abstract
Business world competition is getting tougher and requires a complex strategy and could
be said to be creative. Many businesses are racing to get the best position to gain or benefit,
including the members of Multi Level Marketing (MLM). Persuasive communication is an effort
to change attitudes through the use of messaging, focusing primarily on the characteristics of the
communicator and listener. Direct sales is the process of marketing the product directly.
Indonesian FM Group is the company of Multi Level Marketing (MLM) system uses direct
selling and requires expertise in persuasive communication to benefit and get the members to be
growing.
This research uses qualitative descriptive analytical method. Several techniques for data
collection conducted by researchers are using interview, observation, and literature. Type of
interview used in this study were interviews or question and answer directly to the relevant
parties. Data analysis method used is the inductive method where the data management in
solving a problem that is specific then take a general conclusions.
The results of this study are strategies persuasive communication in the company's Multi
Level Marketing (MLM) FM Group Indonesia to increase sales is by way of events, Table Talk
Wangi (TTW), using a tester and application of perfume finder, provide rewards in the form of
vacation and also a car, gathering and training to member. Opportunities FM Group there is no
company Multi Level Marketing (MLM) in the field of perfumes in Indonesia and bottlenecks FM
Group is the mindset of Indonesian people are still many who think negatively about the Multi
Level Marketing (MLM) company, many people who use refill perfume, lack of public awareness
on use perfume.
