Pengaruh Penghrgaan, Rotasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan dan Kinerja Penelitian pada CV. Agung Tani di Tosarirejo RT.01 RW.06 Jaraksari Wonosobo

Abstract

The effort to work up employe’s performance can be reached by noticed the factors which can influence the employe’s performance such as reward, punishment, job rotation, and satisfaction. Reward means , gift, price, appreciation and honorarium. Job rotation is worker displacement from one specialization to another specialization. Satisfaction of employe performance is an individual feeling for his job. This research aimed to know the effect of reward to satisfaction, performance reward, job rotation, and satisfaction performance. The population of this research is all employe of CV Agung Tani, fertilizer distributor addressed in Tosari Rejo RT.01 RW.06 Jaraksari, Wonosobo postal code 56311. There is 60 responden in this research which is employe of CV Agung Tani. The type of data is primary data. The method of data collection is questionnaire and interview. To analyse collected data, writer used regression analysis. The result shows that reward have a positive effect to employe’s satisfaction and employe’s performance. Job rotation have a positive effect to employe’s performance and satisfaction have a positive effect to employe’s performance of CV Agung Tani.
