dc.description.abstractCSR program in indonesia is increasingly getting more attention, especially from companies engaged in natural resource management. It arises because of the company's awareness that CSR is not just a philanthropic program, but rather a long-term investment on society and its stakeholders. PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur has executed numerous CSR programs in various fields, one of which CSR programs in the fields of art and culture that is Marching Band Bontang Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (MBBPKT). This research aims to analyze the CSR program Marching Band belongs to PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur starting from the stage of planning, organizing, implementation to evaluation and reporting. This research also aims to find out the factor endowments and a barrier in its commissioning, using SWOT analysis. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, where the data collection is carried out by observations directly to the location of the CSR programs, conducting interviews with parties related to CSR programs, documentation activities related to CSR programs, and also a review of the literature was obtained from sources that are related to research topic. The research results showed that CSR programs Marching Band Bontang Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (MBBPKT) owned by PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur organized through several stages, the first planning through three main steps, namely to build awareness of the company, determine the priority programme and consult with external parties. The next stage before it was discovered that the company conduct a stakeholder engagement with the community, Government, educational institutions, media and independent experts. Program implementation is done via several steps, namely the creation of the annual work programme, socialization, recruitment members, coaching and internalization of program in the company's business, and the evaluation and reporting is done by two steps namely, monitoring and evaluation, and reports liability. In implementing the CSR program Marching Band Bontang Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (MBBPKT), there are several factors supporting and restricting are unidentified. supporting factors, the commitment and support of the company to manage MBBPKT as CSR programs, performance management and the sysop corps is good, a good coaching team performance and consistent achievement. As for the holding of an inhibitor of factor MBBPKT CSR programs include: the process of socialization are less prevalent, there has been no survey using a quantitative measurement tool, the company assessed less in balance with the other CSR programs, the financial condition of the less stable the last few years, as well as the needs of the operational cost is high.en_US
