The Analysis of The Influence of Training Development, and Working Condition on Employees Performance with Job Satisfactions as An Intervening Variable in PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, Yogyakarta
Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Training Development, and Working Condition on Employees Performance with Job Satisfactions as an Intervening Variable in PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and the samples of this research were 90 permanent employees in PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, Yogyakarta. This research used cencus to collect data. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression
and path analysis by using SPSS version 21.
The results of this research showed that training development, working condition and job satisfaction had positive and significant
influence on peformance of employees. The results also showed the direct influence of training development on employees performance which was higher than the indirect influence of training development on employees performance. Meanwhile the indirect influence of working condition on employees performance was higher than the direct influence of working
condition on employees performance.
