dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research was to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Female Leadership, and Compensation on Employees Performance with Commitment as an Intervening Variable in PT. Putri Kedaton, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and the samples of this research were 50 employees, 28 permanents and the other 22 are intern in PT. Putri Kedaton, Yogyakarta.This research used cencus to collect data. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression and path analysis by using SPSS version 21. The results of this research showed that female leadership, compensation and commitment had positive and significant influence on peformance of employees. The results also showed the direct influence of female leadership on employees performancewhich was higher than the indirect influence of female leadership on employees performance. Meanwhile the indirect influence of compensation on employees performancewashigher than the direct influence of compensation on employees performance.en_US
