    Abstract
This study aims at finding the level of acceptance of e-learning among students of SMAN 1 Ponorogo using Techology Acceptance Model TAM as a basic research model. It used Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the acceptance of e-learning technology by utilizing AMOS 21 as a tool of analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 280 respondents, consisting of students of class X, XI, XII majoring in science and social studies. The findings in this study indicate that two of the seven hypothesis are rejected or not significant. The rejected hypothesis are not the original variables of TAM but external ones. From this research it is known that, (1) training significantly influences the perceived usefulness, (2) technical support significantly influences the perceived usefulness, (3) the perceived compatibility significantly affects on the perceived ease of use, (4) perceived ease and perceived usefulness significantly affect on the attitudes toward the use, and (5) the attitude towards the use significantly affects on the actual use of e-learning. The results of this study are expected to be able to give contribution to the school in improving the quality of services especially in the making use of e-learning to support the learning process.
