Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Perusahaan LIA Garmen Boyolali
Abstract
This research title was “Effect of Motivation on Employees Job
Performance at Lia Garmen Boyolali”. This research purposes are to find the
effect of motivation to the employees job performance at Lia Garmen Boyolali.
The data used in this research was primary data taken from 37 respondents
answering questionnaires. The method used in this research was questionnaires.
The analysis model used in this research was regression, F test, t-test, and classic
test.
The result of this research showed that variable motivation (X) affected
the employees job performance. It was assumsed that employees needed a good
motivation to gain a great performance. motivation variables were affected
employees job performance. It was assumed that management of Lia Garmen
Boyolali could use of motivation, the employees job performance would be able
to increase. This research will be useful for the Lia Garmen Boyolali management
regarding their policy making in managing human resources.
