Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan PT. Rosa Poultry Yogyakarta
Abstract
The influences of leadership and motivation on job performance of Rosa
poultry employees,Yogyakarta. Job performance of employees would not be
separated from leadership and motivation. This study aimed to determine the effect
of leadership and motivation of the job performance of employees of PT. Rosa
Poultry Yogyakarta as well as a more influential factor between leadership and
motivation of the job performance of employees of PT. Rosa Poultry Yogyakarta.
This study used a quantitative approach to the data collected in the form of numbers
that will be tested with statistical methods. The data collection techniques that
authors used was questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees,
amounting to 40 people. Processing of data using multiple linear regression and
hypothesis testing was then performed.
The results showed that the leadership variable (X1) had positive and
significant impact on job performance (Y) employees in the company of PT Rosa
Poultry. This was shown in the results of regression analysis and t test. Motivation
variable (X2) affect job performance of employees in PT Rosa Poultry. Regression
analysis result showed the contribution of beta and t test results. Motivation can be
defined directly affects the job performance of employees. Due to the needs of
demanding the fulfillment of a person in order to attempt to achieve a satisfying or
meeting the needs of job performance. If viewed on a beta coefficient of each
independent variable, it appears that the leadership has a greater influence on job
performance compared with motivational variables (with standardized coefficient).
