Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Agung Sedayu Ajibarang
Abstract
This research title was “Effect of Compensation on Employees Job Performance
at CV. Agung Sedayu Ajibarang”. This research purposes are to find the effect of
compensation to the employees job performance at CV. Agung Sedayu. The data used in
this research was primary data taken from 36 respondents answering questionnaires.
The method used in this research was questionnaires. The analysis model used in this
research was regression, F test, t-test, and classic test.
The result of this research showed that variable compensation (X) affected the
employees job performance. It was assumsed that employees needed a good
compensation to gain a great performance, compensation variables were affected
employees job performance. It was assumed that management of CV. Agung Sedayu
Ajibarang could use of compensation, the employees job performance would be able to
increase. This research will be useful for the CV. Agung Sedayu Ajibarang management
regarding their policy making in managing human resources.
