dc.description.abstractSituational Leadership theory recomended that efectiveness of leadership style depend on situation it self. As changing ofsituation, diffrent styles become apprpriate as well. This research specified on leadership theory by Fred Fiedler models which is focus on relationship leader-members (X₁), task structure (X₂) and position power (X₃). The objective of this research are to find out: (1) the influence of situational leadership to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; (2) the effect ofrelationship leader-members to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University ofIndonesia Yogyakarta; (3) the effect of task structure to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; (4) the effect of position power to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; (5) the most dominant of situational leadership to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; (6) the difference between characteristic of the employees to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University ofIndonesia Yogyakarta. Population in this research are employees at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta. The result of this research show that there is a significant influence of situational leadership to the organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; there is significant influence of task structure to the organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University ofIndonesia Yogyakarta; task structure is the most dominant ofsituational leadership factors that influence the organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; and there is no a difference between characteristic of the employees to the organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta.en_US
