Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakarta
Abstract
Situational Leadership theory recomended that efectiveness of leadership
style depend on situation it self. As changing of situation, diffrent styles become
apprpriate as well. This research specified on leadership theory by Fred Fiedler
models which is focus on relationship leader-members (X1), task structure (X2)
and position power (X3).
The objective of this research are to find out: (1) the influence of
situational leadership to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic
University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; (2) the effect of relationship leader-members
o organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic University of
Indonesia Yogyakarta; (3) the effect of task structure to organization
performance sat Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta-
(4) the effect of position power to organization performance's at Economic
Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; (5) the most dominant of
situational leadership to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic
Umversity of Indonesia Yogyakarta; (6) the difference between characteristic of
the employees to organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic
University of Indonesia Yogyakarta. Population in this research are employees at
Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta. The sample are
consist of three characteristic independent object and one dependent object This
research use quesioner, interview, while techniques data analysis is used
descriptive analysis, and quantitative analysis (regression, f-test, t-test and
anova).
The result of this research show that there is a significant influence of
sitoationa leadership to the organization performance's at Economic Faculty
Islamic Umversity of Indonesia Yogyakarta; there is significant influence of
position power to the organization performance's at Economic Faculty Islamic
Umversity of Indonesia Yogyakarta; position power is the most dominant of
situational leadership factors that influence the organization performance's at
Economic Faculty Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta; and there is no a
difference between characteristic of the employees to the organization
performance sat Economic Faculty Islamic University ofIndonesia Yogyakarta.
