Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Dan Liris, Cemani, Grogol, Sukoharjo
Abstract
In this research, researcher credits about "Compensation and Working
Environment Influence on Employee Satisfaction on PT. Dan Liris, Cemani,
Grogol, Sukoharjo." The main purpose of this writing is to understanding the
impact of compensation and working environment related to employee
satisfaction, where the employees ofPT. Dan Liris as the subject.
Based on the questioner and interview conducted, researcher acquired all
the data, with science, description and inferential analysis tools (double
regressions, double correlations with F test analysis partial correlated to t test).
According to the double regression test, we could find that there was a positive
influence from both variables; compensation and working environment, related to
the employee satisfaction. Result from the test was that both of the variables give
influence up to 54.5 % to the employee satisfaction. This could be proved any
further when doing the hypothesis through the F test. We could find that there was
a significant strong influence to the employee satisfaction. While from the partial
correlation analysis result we could find that compensation variable gives a
dominant influence to the employee satisfaction.
