Pengaruh Unsur-unsur Pembentuk Learning Organization terhadap Kinerja Organisasi di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Indonesia
Abstract
The research descript how influnce aspects of the learning urganization to
organizational performance's in Economic Faculty, Islamic ofindonesian University.
The objective of this research are to find out: 1). The influence of Organizational
learning (Xi) to organizational performance's. 2) The influence ofLearning at work
(X2) to organizational performance's. 3) The influence of Learning climate (X3) to
organizational performance's. 4) The influence of Learning structure (X4) to
organizational performance's. 5) the most dominant of aspects of the learning
organization to organizational performance's in Economic Faculty, Islamic of
indonesian University. 6) the difference between characteristic of the employees
(gender, age, job status, education, long ofjob). The respondances ofthe research are
educatif employees and administratif employees. The research use quetionnaire
interview and the tecniques data analisys is used descriptive analysis and quantitative
analysis.
The result of the research shows that there is three positive or significant influence
aspects ofthe learning organization: Organizational learning (X1) .Learning at work
(X2), Learning structure (X4) to organizational performance's in Economic Faculty,
Islamic of indonesian University. The Learning at work (X2) is the most dominant
aspect of the learning organization. And there is not differencial organizational
performance's in Economic Faculty, Islamic of indonesian University on
characteristic ofthe employees .
