Abstract
The research descript how influence aspects of the Organizational Culture,
Emotional Intelligence and Islamic Ethical of Work to Regular Program BA
degree Permanent Administrative employee's Performance in Economic Faculty,
Islamic ofIndonesian University. The objective ofthis research are to find out: 1)
The characteristic and respondent's evaluation about Organizational Culture,
Emotional Intelligence, and Islamic Ethical of Work and employee's
performance in Economic Faculty, Islamic of Indonesian University. 2)The
influence of Organizational Culture(Xl), Emotional Intelligence(X2), Islamic
Ethical of Work(X3) to employee's performance as simultaneous and partial. 3)
The most dominant of aspects of the Organizational Culture, Emotional
Intelligence and Islamic Ethical of Work to Regular Program BA degree
Permanent Administrative employee's Performance in Economic Faculty, Islamic
of Indonesian University. The research use questionnaire interview and the
techniques data analysis is used descriptive analysis, inductive analysis and
classic assumption test. The result of the research shows that there have
significant influence aspects of the organizational culture, emotional intelligent
and Islamic ethical of work influence employees' performance, and the Islamic
Ethical of Work is the most dominant aspects to Regular Program BA degree
Permanent Administrative employee's performance in Economic Faculty at
Indonesian Islamic University.
