    Abstract
    This study is concerned with how employees’ work climate and readiness to change influence their performance through the intervening variables of work motivation in the head office of PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia in Jakarta. This research aims to analyze and prove whether work climate influences the work motivation in the head office of PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Jakarta, to analyze and prove whether readiness to change influences the work motivation in PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia in Jakarta Head Office, to analyze and prove whether work climate influences the employee performance in the head office of PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia in Jakarta, as well as to analyze and prove whether readiness to change influences the employee performance in PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Jakarta Head Office. There are 120 respondents in this study, who are the employees of PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia in Jakarta Head Office. The data are gathered through a questionnaire and analyzed using several techniques including multiple linear regression, t test, F test, determination coefficient (R2), validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and path analysis. The results show that the direct influence of work climate and readiness to change variables does not significantly affect the work performance variable. Meanwhile, the indirect influence shows that the work climate variable through the work motivation variable in the company positively and dominantly affects the employee performance variable. In addition, the indirect influence of readiness to change variable through the work motivation variable in the company positively affects the employee performance variable.
