Abstract
Job satisfaction is emotional condition which like and dislike with how
employee look at their job. Topic from the reaserch is "Analisa Pengaruh Persepsi
Keadilan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Show Room Motor-Motor Bekas di
Yogyakarta:. The purpose of this research is how equity perception have influence
in job satisfaction for employee. Equity perception must can be potitioning like the
perception by employee needs, although organization can't be respect with the
perception employee immediately. Reaserch method use Regresi Linier Berganda
with F test and t test.
Writer in this subject explain Equity Variable and Job Satisfaction Variable.
The context of Equity variable is External Equity, Internal Equity and Individual
Equity (Independent Variable), the other variable is Job Satisfaction (Dependent
Variable). External Equity have dominant effect (r = 0,606) to copare with Internal
Equity and Individual Equity. As far as writer saw and compare in organization, all
employee perception about equity can make happen with good condition and good
team work among organization and all employee.
