dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted because it sees the inhumanity of students to learn the history of Islamic culture and the lack of student motivation to study the history of Islamic culture as a result of the use of lecture methods used in the delivery of material that causes students to become bored and sleepy in class even to fall asleep in class when the learning process takes place. Based on the implementation of the learning, the purpose of this research is to describe the process of applying the quantum learning in learning the history of islamic culture in the students of class VII Mts. Sunan Pandanaran and describes the results obtained from the application of quantum learning. This research was conducted by using qualitative research method, taking the background of Mts. Sunan Pandanaran. Data collection is done by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Qualitative data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data collected, and from that meaning in conclusion. The results showed that 1) The application of quantum learning on the subjects of SKI students of class VII Mts. Sunan Pandanaran has been running in accordance with the strategy of Quantum Learning (TANDUR) and able to make students happy and comfortable in following the learning and teaching activities. They are not sleepy again in class and have more spirit in learning SKI. 2) The result of the application of quantum learning in learning SKI is the material packed and delivered to students in a more interesting way so that there is an increase in the academic field of students. Even their value in the average SKI lesson is above the minimum mastery criteria (KKM). In addition students become happy to be in class, more active, and creative.en_US
