Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja pada PT. Albisindo Timber. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di PT. Albisindo Timber dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerapan Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di PT. Albisindo Timber. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Albisindo Timber. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yangsudah bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di PT. Albisindo Timber belum dilaksanakan dengan baik, karena ada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penerapan Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja pada PT. Albisindo Timber, yaitu penggunaan APD, penggunaan rambu-rambu K3, SDM, dan teknologi. This research entitled is Implementation of Health and Safety at PT. Albisindo Timber. This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of Health and Safety Program at PT. Albisindo Timber and to find out what factors affect the application of Health and Safety Program at PT. Albisindo Timber. This study uses qualitative methods, where data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Albisindo Timber. The object of this research is employees who have worked more than 1 year. The results of this study is the Application of Health and Safety Program at PT. Albisindo Timber has not been implemented properly, because there are factors that affect the Application of Health and Safety Program at PT. Albisindo Timber, namely the use of PPE, the use of K3 signs, human resources, and technology.
