dc.description.abstractKeunggulan bersaing menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan perusahaan. Perusahaan teknologi memiliki keunggulan bersaing yang sulit untuk dijaga namun juga sulit untuk ditiru. Keunggulan perusahaan teknlogi terletak pada sumber daya manusia yang ada diperusahaan tersebut. Lingkungan global yang semakin kompetitif mengharuskan perusahaan mampu untuk beradaptasi. Pendekatan sumber daya manusia adalah hal yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan keterlibatan kerja terhadap turnover intention, serta peran mediasi kepuasan kerja antara keterlibatan kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan hubungan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention. survei berbasis kuesioner didesain dan diberikan kepada 60 pekerja IT diperusahaan Gamatechno yang berada di kota Yogyakarya, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. selain itu keterlibatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan keterlibatan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Abstract Competitive advantage becomes very important for the development of the company. Technology companies have competitive advantages that are difficult to maintain but also difficult to imitate. Competiitve advantages of IT copmpony involve in the human resources’ company. By increasing competitive global business environment push companies to be able to adapt. Human resources approach is technology companies necessary to be develope. This study aims to investigate the relationship of job involvement to turnover intention, as well as the role of job satisfaction mediation between job involvement on turnover intention, and organizational commitment relationship to turnover intention. Questionnaire-based surveys are designed and delivered to 60 IT workers in Gamatechno's company in Yogyakarya, Indonesia. This research uses quantitative research method to know the relation between variables The results of this study indicate that job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a negative effect on turnover intention. Besides that job involvement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction mediates the relationship of job involvement to turnover intention.id
