Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the reasons for ba'i not submitting premium quality Mentik Wangi varieties in the ba'i as-salam contract at BMT Amanah Mandiri Wonogiri and to analyze the Force majeure of micro farmers in the ba'i as-salam contract of Mentik Wangi rice variety at BMT Amanah Mandiri Wonogiri. The existing problems are what form of Force majeure of micro farmers in the implementation of the ba'i as-salam contract of Mentik Wangi rice variety at BMT Amanah Mandiri Wonogiri and why ba'i not submitting premium quality Mentik Wangi varieties in the ba'i as-salam contract at BMT Amanah Mandiri Wonogiri. This type of research uses normative juridical, with the method of statutory and conceptual approaches.
