PENGARUH SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DAN KEUNGGULAN BERSAING TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN (Studi Pada Industri Furniture di Yogyakarta)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Supply Chain Management dan Keunggulan Bersaing terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Hipotesis penelitian ini supply chain management dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 dari industri furniture yang ada di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada para industri furniture. Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis mayor berpengaruh signifikan Supply Chain Management dan Keunggulan Bersaing terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Namun pada kedua hipotesis minor menunjukan bahwa keduanya ditolak. This research aims to know the influence of Supply Chain Management and competitive advantage on performance of the company. The hypothesis of this research supply chain management and the competitive advantage of significant effect on performance of the company. The subjects in this study amounted to 30 of furniture industry in Yogyakarta. This type of research is a research survey with data retrieval usinga questionnaire which was distributed to the furniture industry. Testing instrument using the test validity and reliability test by using SPSS 16.0. Methods of data analysisusing multiple linear regression. Research results show that the hypothesis of major influential Supply Chain Management and significant competitive advantage againstthe performance of the company. However, in the second minor hypothesis indicates that both declined.
