KOMPARASI PROSES RANCANGAN DESAIN ANTARA LAYANAN PRO BONO & PROFESIONAL

Abstract

Which time is now experiencing the process of improvement is quite good. It is also proven by the increase of the index of global competitiveness for Indonesia issued by the World Economic Forum (WEF) continues to rise from 82 (Year, 2014) is currently ranked at 60 (Years, 2017). In this regard, the appreciation of the expertise of the architect is growing by leaps and bounds. Now the role of the service architect has a lot of coloring physical development of the country. In this case raised two case studies about the development process that have a difference between service architects in a professional manner (Projects with a fee) with the services of architects pro bono (project pengampdian). Basically any service provided by the architect to the client has standards and procedures that apply. The research will use the method of comparison of two case studies to answer the constraints and procedural a draft of the building between the project pro bono and project professional. This research was conducted to study the situation of the profession of architect if berperaktek to the project pro bono and professional project. Walapuan with the difference procedure standard services of architects by the AIA (American Institute of Archiect) and / or the standard procedure of the architect by the IAI (Ikatan arsitek Indonesia) remain fulfilled. Results of the study find any difference in the process, the project probono has a percentage that is big on the idea of the concept while the project professional is the product of design. But overall both projects have met the standard. Therefore, the study of this process can be seen as a step in a new architect to be able to make a check list or guide line architect so they can better serve the client.
