Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja pada Organisasi Sektor Publik (Studi Kasus pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Klaten)
Abstract
This research aims to examine the factors that influence the performance of the
District Government Office of Klaten. Factors investigated in this research are
motivation, incentives (additional employee income), leadership style, work
discipline and performance measurement system on employee performance. This
research was conducted using questionnaires distributed to all employees of the
District Government Office of Klaten. The data obtained were then processed
using regression analysis that is part of a multiple linear regression. The number
of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. The results indicate that
additional employee income and performance measurement system do not affect
the performance of employees, whilst the motivation, leadership style and
discipline influence employee performance.
