ANALISIS PROSES PENGEMBANGAN KAPABILITAS DINAMIS DALAM KONTEKS ALIANSI BISNIS: STUDI KASUS XT SQUARE BUMD KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang proses Kapabilitas Dinamis dalam konteks aliansi bisnis di XT Square. XT Square merupakan perusahaan daerah di Yogyakarta di mana sejak berdiri XT Square belum bisa setor PAD. Tujuan XT Square baru tercapai pada tahun 2016. Proses Kapabilitas Dinamis dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan dapat bersaing di lingkungan yang dinamis. Dalam mengambil suatu kebijakan perusahaan, maka akan melalui komponen Kapabilitas Dinamis yaitu sensing, seizing dan transforming. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode yang diterapkan adalah metode studi kasus tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa XT Square melakukan beberapa proses Kapabilitas Dinamis sejak perusahaan berdiri pada tahun 2010 sampai pada akhirnya bisa setor PAD pada tahun 2016. Kapabilitas Dinamis yang dilakukan XT Square adalah proses yang berulang selain itu ditemukan juga bahwa proses Kapabilitas Dinamis tidak harus dimulai dari sensing dan tidak semua komponen dilakukan oleh XT Square. Aliansi bisnis merupakan hasil dari proses Kapabilitas Dinamis di mana XT Square berkolaborasi dengan PT De Mata Maris dengna mendirikan wahana De Mata dan De Arca dengan system profit sharing. Kapabilitas Dinamis adalah rutinitas sehingga akan selalu berulang selama perusahaan beroperasi dan merupakan strategi dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing. This research discusses about the process of Dynamic Capability in the context of business alliance in XT Square. XT Square is a local company in Yogyakarta and since it was held in 2012, XT Square has not been able to deposit PAD. The goal of XT Square was achieved in 2016. Dynamic Capability process is aimed to achieve company goals and can compete in a dynamic environment. In taking a company policy, it will be through the components of Dynamic Capability which are sensing, seizing and transforming. The approach of this research using qualitative approach and method applied is a single case study method. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that XT Square did some processes of Dynamic Capability since the company was established in 2010 until finally able to deposit PAD in 2016. It was also found that the process did not begin only from sensing and besides not all its components applied by the management. The business alliance is the result of a process of Dynamic Capability where XT Square collaborates with PT De Mata Maris by establishing De Mata and De Arca rides with a profit sharing system. Dynamic Capability is a cycle as long as the company operates in order to achieve competitive advantage.
