Pengaruh Knowledge Management dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas X Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This research entitled “The influence of knowledge management and
work environtment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as
Intervening Variable at X University of Yogyakarta”. The objectives of this
research are to analyze the influence of knowledge management and work
environtment on job satisfaction both partially or simultaneously, to analyze the
influence of knowledge management and work environtment to the employee
performance partially or simultaneously, to analyze the influence of job
satisfaction on performance, to analyze the influence of knowledge management
and work environtment for performance through job satisfaction as intervening
variable. There are two independent variables which are knowledge management
and work environtment. The intervening variable is job satisfaction and the
dependent variable is employee performance. The population of this research is
169 employees of X University of Yogyakarta. Sample method that used census
method. Data collection method was used questionnaire, multiple linear
regression and path analysis as the method to analyze the data.
The results of this study indicated that knowledge management and work
environment have significant influence on job satisfaction, both partially and
simultaneously. Then, knowledge management and work environment also has
significant influence on employee performance partially and simultaneously. So,
the job satisfaction affects the employee performance. There are influence of
knowledge management and work environment to employee performance through
job satisfaction as intervening variable at X University of Yogyakarta.
