dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana pengaruh job demands dan job resources terhadap turnover intention melalui work engagement pada staff karyawan RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh job demands dan job resources terhadap turnover intention melalui work engagement pada staff karyawan RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan bagian administrasi di RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar, yang mana menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu proportional stratified sampling dan terbagi dari beberapa divisi atau bagian yaitu administrasi bagian SDM, adminisntrasi bagian Medik, administrasi bagian umum dan tata usaha, administrasi bagian instalasi gizi, administrasi bagian instalasi SIRS, administrasi bagian instalasi farmasi, administrasi bagian instalasi pengelola pasien jaminan. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v.3.2.7 dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job demands dan job resources berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan work engagement terbukti memediasi pengaruh job demands dan job resources terhadap turnover intention. This study discusses how the influence of job demands and job resources to turnover intention through work engagement on the staff of dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of job demands and job resources to turnover intention through work engagement on the staff of dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. The sampling technique using simple random sampling technique with the number of samples as many as 100 respondents who are the administrative employees in Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar, which uses a sampling technique that is proportional stratified sampling and is divided from several divisions or sections namely the administration of human resources, adminisntrasi medical section, general administration and administration administration, nutrition installation department, administration installation SIRS, , administration of the installation section of the patient management guarantee. Analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that job demands and job resources have significant effect on work engagement, work engagement has significant effect on turnover intention and work engagement proved to mediate the influence of job demands and job resources to turnover intention.en_US
