| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh family control dan good corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran direksi, dan keberadaan direksi wanita terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dihitung dengan menggunakan Tobin’s Q. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 180 data perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang menerbitkan laporan tahunan pada tahun 2012-2016 di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa family control, ukuran direksi, dan keberadaan direksi wanita tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of family control and good corporate governance which proxies with the size of board commissioner, size of directors, and the existence of woman directors to the firm value. Firm value is calculated by using Tobin’s Q. The sample used is 180 data of property and real estate companies that publishes annual report in 2012-2016 at Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The results showed that the family control, the size of directors, and the existence of female directors did not affect the value of the company. While the size of the board of commissioners affect the value of the company. | en_US |
