Analisis Strategi Rantai Pasokan "Triple A" dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Rantai Pasokan UMKM Makanan dan Minuman di Kabupaten Sleman

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of triple-A supply chain strategy in improving the performance of supply chain of MSMEs food and beverage in Sleman District. The subjects in this study were owner or employee who handle the logistics section on MSMEsfood and beverage in Sleman District. The number of sample used in this study is 98 respondents. Sampling method used in this study is convenience sampling, as sampling technique and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data were processed by multiple linear regression using SPSS IBM statistics 23 software. The result of analyze show that agility have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance, adaptability also have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance, alignment also have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance, agility, adaptabilitiy, and alignment together have a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance.
