Abstract

The purpose of the study to find out how the comparison of framing and what frames used by online media vivanews.com and tempo.com related news case "Papa Request Share" in December 2015 news month. Research method using the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach . Framing Analysis of Vivanews.com and Tempo.co Period December 2016. Selection of news in this study using the method of Non-Probability Sampling. The data analysis technique uses framing analysis of Robert Entman. The results show there are different frames between news broadcast by Vivanews.com and Tempo.co. Vivanews.com framed the MKD session in favor of Setya Novanto. Construction is prepared by selecting facts about the peculiarities of the trial procession. While Tempo.co in a different direction with Vivanews.com. Tempo.co Frame is MKD Session carried out in accordance with the Act. News Tempo.co is seen not to defend Setya Novanto openly or implicitly. From the way the news is packaged, Tempo.co selects the languages that seem to give criticism and allusions to Setya Novanto. Then the reasoning reinforces the credibility of the MKD trial.
